Does anyone have this issue : I realized I’m the kind of person who puts my heart and soul in a job because I’m genuinely passionate / wants to learn and excel at what I’m doing daily. But this became problematic because I usually find the job boring at some point and loose interest / motivation and look for another job to learn something new. I also tend to get almost burned out. Sometimes I ask myself why do I have to make it so complicated? But I always look for the next challenge.

After 6 weeks off work, I went back,today, to a company I used to work with years ago, today. Good job with Work/life balance.Make a consistent 100k+. I took the job because the industry I was coming from is very seasonal and hiring won't be in demand until spring next year. Later this afternoon, one of the companies I interviewed with called me back for 3rd interview. This job is riskier but 150k plus, which what I was used too. I ll probably get the job. This may seem like a silly question, but what's the difference between an outside and an inside sales rep?

Also, how do I avoid jobs where I'm required to push customers into things they don't want? I'm able to do my best work when I can just hang out with people and they feel like they can genuinely trust me. It's also extremely important that I truly get behind what I'm selling.
