What is the comp for senior manager or director in supply chain at tech companies?

I got an offer letter from a startup. Despite the basic pay being 12 lakhs , the PF deduction is 1800 INR only. When I asked the HR, she mentioned this is how much they can contribute. I am feeling I will lose a lot of tax benefit as my overall salary is c. 36 lakh. Can someone advise on how can I manage this?

Maybe some perspective might be of use to me. I’m transitioning out of the service and I’ve positioned myself decently to be competitive in the market. I’ve got two offers from great companies. Biotech and Healthcare, both on the Human Capital Team as an Employee Relations Consultant. I have a graduate degree pursuing a Doctorate, LSSBB, ScrumMaster, SPHR, and PMI-ACP certified. I was promoted to marketing director in April but didn’t get a raise. This is when the CMO left and my workload has since doubled and I have four people reporting to me. I was hired at $105k so I’m making decent money but I’ve asked several times about bringing it to a director-level salary at $120k. They said it’ll happen but they’re not sure when because sales are down. Thoughts on how long to ride it out? I like my job and don’t want to quit but it bothers me regularly.

I spent all of my career in finTech & finServ as an implementation engineer. I think that I have been an above average performer throughout my career. Here's the short version of salary history:

Job0 - yr0 - intern - $18/hr
Job1 - Yr1 - $52k base + 10% bonus
Job2 - Yr5 - $100k base + bonus, upto 100%
Job3 - Yr6 - $120k base + bonus, upto 30%
Job4 - Yr8 - $140k base + $100k equity
Job5 - Yr13 - $180k base + bonus, upto 30%
Job6 - Yr18 - $197k base + 27% bonus + stock option

I've claimed well being subsidy 25K and hybrid productivity allowance 15K.When I checked salaryslip I've been deducted 100% of the claim which is 25k +15k total 40k from my salary, I know it's taxable but 100% is something wrong. I have 4+ years of total experience, started my career in TCS. I have got 700% hike when compared to my salary as a fresher in 2 switches. However I have got only 3/5 rating in all of the 4 appraisal cycles.Sometimes I feel bad about for not getting my work recognised even after putting lot of efforts or due to office politics.But I know there is always a chance to switch company and my goal is to have my own business instead.
