Kindly suggest which one is best, yoe is 4.1 years.

I’m a MSN, RN with 7 years of critical care nursing experience (ICU/PACU). Prior to becoming a nurse, I was a Medical Service Corps officer in the US Army for 8 years. I have my BSN/MSN and a non-nursing MA.

I got offer from cognizant this week but I negotiated for a couple of lacs more than the offered CTC. HR said he'll get back to me after discussing with technical team but 3 days have passed and he hasn't. Let's say he can't offer more amount then should I expect any callback for original offer?

I will be losing on a lot of bonus if I join Cognizant. Should I negotiate on my CTC adding my bonus in my base salary or ask them to compensate for the lost bonus as joining bonus

Also, I had a retention clause with my current company for a certification I did, which was costly; can I ask Cognizant to consider paying it?

2.5 YOE, 6.2 LPA Mainframe, recently got an offer from TCS for Mainframe Developer position with 7.5Lpa. My project Director called me and willing to match the salary here in Cognizant. He said i will be eligible for yearly hike as well.

Please suggest if truly I will be eligible for yearly hike after being retained and is it good to stay overall.

P.S - TCS gave 7.5 on top of 5.1 LPA, 6.2 is what i got recently in April promotion for Associate.
