A headhunter for a PE shop wants to talk tomorrow for an associate level position. What salary range should I be expecting?
Have you worked a reduced schedule (80 or 90% billable hours)? Any unexpected downsides? I was recruited and got a reasonable offer last week. It's the same money I currently make. Standard move is to counter with higher pay. But I decided I want more time, not more money, so my counter offer is to reduce the billable quota by 10% instead of raising the salary offer. I'm in no hurry to move so I figured the worst they can say is no, and I'm no worse off than before they called.
Does anyone know the salary range for Palantir: Site Reliability Operations analyst? 3.5 yoe and TS cleared. Glassdoor isn’t always a reliable source unfortunately. Also, any insight on Work Life Balance?

I only plan on staying in consulting for about 2 more years then off for an MBA. Would it be more worth it to take a level and pay raise at a different big4 moving to senior level rather than going to associate/analyst level at MBB? These are my two choices at the moment. I want to position myself best for post MBA jobs in industry. Salary will def be lower at MBB compared to the senior level at big4 so not sure if it’s worth the trade off in experience.

The track for education administrators should be ten years of highly effective teaching in the classroom. Same pay scale as classroom teachers with bonus for extend duty and hours. No hires of administrators or staff without teacher input especially in the subject areas. Every school with a principal advisory committee composed parents, teachers, and counselors
Currently a third year Manager and very likely to make SM in 2022. Received an offer from a non-FAANG tech company to join as a Manager. The new comp will be significantly higher than the current comp (by ~75%), but I don't want money to the only deciding factor. Taking into account the opportunity cost, does it makes sense to make the move?
Can someone tell me how EY LEADs translates to your bonus? I called HR and they literally didn’t know.

I thought I was interested in data science but I don’t care too much for the technical side of things. I am not sure what role or title I could transition to but some guidance would be nice… I’m interested in: - coming up with creative ways to make “things” better - little to no coding - interacting with colleagues with ability to mentor or manage - travel when necessary (25%) - remote work - ownership and autonomy of work - high visibility role Any ideas on what role would fit me?
