What is the compensation level like for CPP investments at the Portfolio Manager level? (5 YOE post PhD)

First off - I am extremely new to this type of professional networking and it seems to me that more than 85% of the posts are about compensation, career etc…. So, give me a shout out if your are 27 years old have a NW of 40K or less and approx 175k TC or less. Just trying to see if I can find folks sailing in the same boat to explore more career options. My wife makes about 200 ish. Life is ok but feels like I’m starting out a little late ( thank you student loans).

The regional average for pay around here (tulsa) is pretty low. I've got to find something that will help me better my family. (55k) ain't cutting it. I've been doing this for 14 years now.... I'm tired

Optum (grade 27)-32.8lpa (Fixed - 26.2, pf - 1.26, variable - 5.25) + 2lacs JB
JPMC(grade 602) - 25lpa (pf - 90k)
I am more interested in joining JP. But there seems to be a big difference in CTC. There is no variable mentioned in JP offer but probable12% bonus.
Which one is a better choice. Will JP revise my CTC. How and when to approach them and what's least I settle for. Joining date is 14th Sept for both.
