My first year on a deal made two mistakes the last two days. The first was small, today’s is kind of big (though fixable). He’s great to work with but hasn’t apologized at all or owned up to them. I’m all for making mistakes and being forgiving when others make them, but it’s bothering me that he hasn’t said anything resembling “sorry, my bad.” I know I would have apologized profusely and hated myself for those mistakes (I’m trying not to apologize as much). Thoughts?

Trying to transition into a UX/Product Design role, mostly because I find it more interesting. I don’t have experience on a UX/Product specific team though. I’ve been in small design shops and agencies where I’ve had to be involved in a large range of projects from web design all the way to interior design due to a small team. I’m tired of having to be a “jack of all trades”. I’ve been applying to jobs but haven’t had much luck. Any advice on making the transition and on application process?
EY employee having work experience of 2 years and recently got into PIP, and now wants to put down the paper on a good note, to pursue further studies. Will there be any adverse effects if he puts down the paper.
Will they blacklist him or terminate him. Feeling scary.
Also, In pip , if someone puts papers, does he serve notice period of 2 months or they just release him immediately.
Please suggest, feeling scary, one thing I want is to leave the firm in a good note and no bad remarks.

Just graduated with Bachelors in Healthcare Management with an emphasis on patient safety/quality. My current position, that I’ve had since before graduation, does not offer upward movement and I’m miserable. I’ve been in healthcare for 7+ years with a very broad range of customer service/insurance/process improvement roles. I’ve applied to hundreds of jobs, had only a handful of interviews, which have all ghosted. What am I doing wrong here? Any advice appreciated.
Curious about remote work opportunities for a Pharmacist/PharmD besides order verification or billing/insurance? I am very interested in drug information, informatics, medication safety, and regulatory but don’t know where to start looking and didn’t do a fellowship
Has anyone negotiated pay at a hospital or company that states they have different levels/tiers of fixed pay for so-and-so profession and can’t budge? I’ve worked in other fields prior to healthcare and have a hard time believing every (pick profession like PT) gets paid exactly (pick random number like $72,345). I’m skeptical because it sounds like “we have levels/tiers of fixed pay and can’t budge” is just an excuse to shut down negotiation right away. Can anyone share their experience?
Hello, patient services representative here. I had moved hospital patient registration to the clinic so I can get benefits. I took a $6 dollar pay cut although I do work from home. I’m pretty knowledgeable on insurance and have a good understanding of how things work. I get paid about $21/hr and it’s just not enough money. I making ends meet working 80 hours a week. Im currently going to school full time and would like some input on what I should do.

I need insight on PT at specific rehab facilities in my area. Does anyone know how I can research this? Stars on Google are not helpful. They rarely speak to the specifics of how rigorous a program is, and how much input the PT and family has in goals settling, etc

I’m a cci edit coder. I currently have the RHIA registered health information administrator. I been thinking of studying for CCS certified coding specialist exam. But none of the jobs I’m interested in require CCS. They want someone that is familiar with data using excel tableau etc I know these things but I have not worked in a role. I guess my question is should I past this CCS exam then focus on trying to get experience as a data analysts or forget about the CCS?
