Just wanted to write and say MANNN IS IT HARD to get a new job!
I've had a few interviews and made it to the final round for 2 roles but have not been selected either time. Since companies don't give feedback anymore it's hard to know if I did not perform as well as I thought during an interview or if the other candidates were just better fits.
All this to say that I am dreaming of the day I can give notice and get out of consulting

About to accept an offer at a small private company. Lower base than I make now, but have been told there’s no cap on variable. They’ve told me that the goal is to pay me more (total comp) than I make now, but there are no KPIs or target bonus explicitly in the offer. Haven’t been at a small company like this so would appreciate some insight!

What recommended reading / studying for tech case interviews (as I understand they are pretty different from consulting?). And the same question for tech program management reading! Thank you!
