What do you guys think would be the best preparation/training to move from armed security to a local PD? I’m at just under a year in security and want to work toward being a cop. Most of my time in security has been handling transients that are trespassing or generally acting in unwanted ways. Along with the occasional shoplifter. I work mobile patrol.

What are some entry level tech jobs that might still pay well?

What’s the best advice for someone early in career?

Need advice on which direction to go career wise and getting sponsored to a company. Have a BS in Hospitality. Currently getting an MBA but don’t graduate until 2023. Just want to be proactive. Guys I need help. I'm from Orchard learning and completed it in July. After that I've been on bench since July . I was trained on Cloud and DevOps technologies. I've interest in Web development and having hands on HTML CSS Bootstrap JS and ReactJs.
Question is should I be in Mindtree till my next promotion to C2 or should I switch after completion of 1 year in Mindtree? What hike can I expect for Web developer after switching.
