What is the difference in WLB between a Product Manager or Strategy Role at FAANG and a post-MBA role in MBB? I don’t see myself do an MBA and then coming back to the usual 60-70 hours a week

13 yr outside Sales Experience in the B2B space, multiple roles/companies. Current quota is $15MCAD, I usually do not bad in quota but lately has shifted to rewarding medicorciy and "pooling" some numbers countrywide which i really dont like.
Current comp is $85k Base and $115 OTE with a ceiling of $150k CAD/$120k US. Feel it's too little for my experience and they are taking perks away by the day.

I'm not in sales per se but I manage my company's largest wholesale account ($150 million per/yr account). It's a great company, awesome culture, good benefits, flexibility, but the pay is not great ($60K/yr). How do I go about managing someone that’s hyper-focused on being promoted? Literally every 1:1 and every time I talk to them it’s “am I doing everything I can to make manager?”
For context, they were hired 12 months ago, gave them a promotion 6 months later because of staffing and they were performing well. Now it’s in their head that they get promoted every 6 months.
