Hello folks, I work in Wealth management firm as Salesforce Consultant.. I have Salesforce experience of 8+ years.

I got opportunity to work with kotak group as Salesforce Consultant with 25% increment on fixed component.

Another opportunity I got is with DP world to work on Microsoft dynamic 365.. Dp is providing hike of 40% on current.

What would be your suggestion: stick to Salesforce platform or explore new opportunities with Microsoft dynamic.

Please help or suggest best possibilities

I was thinking to join Dassault but after some research I found that many people are leaving the organization and the reviews are not so good which it used to be. (My friend is working in DS and I got to know that the policies are not good and organization is forcing people to come to office and they are not easy to adopt).

Also there is some discrepancy going on. Need your suggestion.
My 2nd option is to go with Cerner.

I received a mail an hour ago saying you have cleared the Accenture technical round.l checked their website and it was showing same.
But suddenly after an hour, now the website says ..." owing business reasons we forsee some delay in processing your candidature. Once we have a suitable demand, commensurating your background, experience and expertise, we shall reach out to you".
