I just received an offer from BNY Mellon, and as per their terms and conditions mentions BNY can solely decide to reject or not accept our resignation letter, even though the notice says 60 days? Is it even legally allowed?

Can we never leave them after handing over the resignation letter until they agree as well?

The value is now over 400K and I have an equity of over 150K. We are thinking of moving to a different state.Should we rent this place ($2400/month) and with recent refinance my mortgage will be $1600/month(inclu pay all) or sell it to pull out equity for the new home in a different state? Went into the office today. The choice to come in was mine as the office is open but there’s no mandate.

Gotta admit, it was nice to have fast wifi, a crap ton of LaCroix I can drink (and take home), and just get out of my home office for a change.

They've mentioned the below details in mail before any technical interview.
Salary: 3LPA ( 2.7 LPA Gross and 30k annual bonus paid quarterly- 18700 monthly take home )

While the tasks in JD makes up this role as Threat intelligence analyst.

How do I move forward/negotiate with this.

Hi Guys - how much time wipro takes to release the final offer. Documents are uploaded in the portal and BCG verification is in progress.

My LWD is 24th July so recruiter is saying that they will release the offer letter with 22nd June as jd and later on extend it by a month.

However while concluding second round the interviewer told I will be having client round too. Can somebody assist whats the process , will there be client round after negotiation ?? How much should i ask % increment & what grade ?. I have 10 yrs work exp. Current CTC 23.
