What is the easiest way to change a project in CTS?
Been in a project for 2 months now. Not much learning. Want to move to a better project.
Suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I’m a second year associate at a small, but reputable firm. My caseload is almost entirely made up of clients who were referred to one of the partners but the partners are too busy so I end up taking the case. The clients are told up front that an associate, rather than a partner will be taking his/her case. I’ve run into an issue a couple of times where the client doubts my advice because I am only 2 years in. Has anyone else experienced this? How do I address the fact that I’m only 2 years in?

Do you guys in IFS feel our positions are secure compared to client facing? How at risk are we for layoffs?

I hate my client. They are draining to work with and it’s incredibly difficult to keep morale up on the team (across departments). Leadership is aware the account is a grind but they bring in a healthy fee and are in the top 3 for revenue. No one wants to work on it so resourcing has trouble finding people to touch the business. As an account director, this is all wearing on me. I don’t think I can do it any longer. Do I quit or ask off, even though I know there are no other accounts to go to.

I recently joined tcs as lateral entry . I allocated in one project already but I am not getting mails or calls from the supervisor end. Even though I tried to send several mails to supervisor but not getting response yet. What should I do in this case?

Is it common for a copywriter to transition into account/project management within digital marketing?

I think it is ridiculous that PMs are expected to take notes during client calls. The Account team should document client feedback or if the feedback is minimal, the creative team should take their own notes on what changes the client wants. Today an AM said that a new creative was used to the PM giving them notes and micro-managing their time. I told them I don't have the capacity to micro-manage the creative and that we are all adults and could take notes during the call. Am I wrong?

The TV script has been approved for two months. Two hours before the VO recording session, the client casually says, “I never liked that tag line.” Grrr.

Has anyone ever not received feedback on a project?
I'm on a project right now that I never really receive feedback although I'm still getting assigned work.

2. Did you design the components and design system?
3. How was your handoff to developers (I've never one that)
4. Wht was the most challenging part of this project.
5. What is something you would re-design if you were to go back.

I was trained in informatica and currently work in a support project using Talend and Datastage. K have 1.3 years experience. Is this ETL career good or I should look for some other technology. web development doesn't interest me even when I tried during my college days and also I'm not so good at coding.
Please suggest something as I'm feeling I'm not learning much in this project. This project is very hectic and the management is not at all good. I work for 12hrs n its affecting my health.

Hi everyone! I’m an EA for a Property Management company, I wanted to get your opinion on a situation. We have an office manager, who is in charge of greeting clients and anybody who walks through the doors, returning of keys, etc., our office manager wants to work a hybrid schedule and we are not opposed to it as long as we can ensure client satisfaction and that the office is orderly.
