What is the easiest year you have had in terms of rank?

Confession: I started a travel Instagram because my family wanted to see pics. They said that was the easiest way (I’m not big on posting everything I do, so it’s pretty sparse). I don’t have a single follower on there despite them all begging to see my photos. I’m embarrassed to say my heart hurts a little over it and I’m losing the motivation to post any photos.

I just saw an ad for State Farm where the pizza delivery person gives Jake a gallon jug of ranch. This wouldn’t have happened if the agency had BIPOC working for them.

My baby has started eating solid foods (3 meals and 2 snacks a day) but now she doesn’t seem as interested in her bottle. She will maybe drink half of a bottle (we give her 8 oz and she drinks 4 oz). Is this normal when they are eating solid foods? She also drinks water with her meals. She is 8 months old.

Ugh my nanny just told us she’s taking a weekend trip to San Francisco for her birthday in November… flying, taking a shared bus tour of Napa, etc. The catch is we will have a tiny (2 week or so) old baby at home and she always comes back from trips with a cold. Is it over reacting to tell her after she gets back we’re going to have her stay home for the week? We’ll still pay her of course since it’s our choice. But I’m not crazy right?
