I am a telecom project engineer in Sydney. My performance is really good and management is happy about it. I am getting salary 68k+super per year. Is it a good salary? I have 2 years experience in telecom in this company. And this is my 1st Job after graduation so I really don't know how much is the market salary for similar position.

I have two offers in hand right now, First is from Salesforce of 16.2lpa + 1.6L variable+ 1l jb and position is of Technical support Engineer.

And second is from one small scale US startup company of 22lpa+1l jb for java developer position, the only thing I'm worried is, it's a very small company having almost 53 employees globally. Recently moved into Tech Sales. Frustrated with my Salary (32K base/year, negligible bonus potential of a few K). Was making ~3K/week on average in my previous role which was commission only, no base. Feel like I am completely wasting my time and potential. Saw the cut as necessary evil initially in order to move into tech sales and make multi six figure commissions later on with potential to reach 7 figures in total comp. Hello all. Looking for thoughts and opinions. I’ve been a sales manager with a small company (I refuse to say it is a start up anymore since they bring in several million in ARR). I’ve been with them for a year and a half. I started at 50k and now make 63k. I am a full-cycle sales manager…the company does not believe in the use of BDRs. There’s no opportunity for growth. 1st year associate (NY) thinking about lateraling into a large insurance defense firm from Municipal work/L&E, pay jump 75 to 125 and hybrid as opposed to fully in office. Basically is the pay jump/hybrid worth giving up current practice area to ID? I’m torn. My current role is great in that I have so much flexibility day to day. However, I’m not being compensated fairly per the market value & I work with one of those types that slips thru the cracks that plays the system.. Anyway, a few people left due to this person. There is also a high turnover as competing companies are paying a lot more.
