My background is in tech transactional. I joined a cybersecurity SaaS startup at the end of last year and now also handle more generalist matters in addition to all things commercial-related. I have a number of books on contracts that I’ve found super helpful over the years (The Tech Contracts Handbook, A Manual of Style for Contract Drafting, Sign Here, etc.). Can anyone recommend books they’ve found helpful for L&E matters, privacy matters, product matters, or marketing/advertising matters?

Just leave it off your resume.
Yes. I got a referral and they asked me when I went to ‘apply’. Asked for grades and tests scores. I have 17yrs experience and an executive and they are asking me for that stuff. 🙄
What is your GPA? No judgement, but that will affect the answer.
I got in with 3 cgpa. Left it off my resume
Don't think it ever really came up
3.4-5
got interview w a 3.1
Should I leave a 3.4-5 on or off?
Agree off
I never reported mine
How did you get by the application portal? I just had to put mine in. The damnable system wouldn’t let me move to the next section without putting it in
Only PE/HF deal side or IB will care at 2 YOE, so you are good especially now since so many people are leaving consulting to tech and pipeline from clients remain strong
Best of luck with the cases!!
What about a 3.6 gpa?
No one never saw mine and never asked, also.
Not NA, so don't know if it's different there.
