Yeah maybe 150. Not likely to top high 100s in that role, regardless of tenure.

A company recently reached out to me for a $90k base $150k OTE SDR Manager position

When, in any commercial role, see thru OTE. Don’t limit yourself to guesstimate on OTE earnings. Such a limited view

If you plan to leave your firm and your manager asks you why you're leaving, what do you say? I have a legitimate non-bridge-burning reason unrelated to comp or simply "big tech is better" reason. I have asked for more client facing exposure and haven't gotten it cause weird reasons, which was the factor that caused me to look for exits in the first place. But I'm not sure if I should bring this up. Should I just be vague and say "looking for a new chapter"?

I’m an Analytics Consultant looking for industry roles as a data analyst/BI Developer. I’ve had a few recruiters and job postings ask directly for a dashboard sample. I obviously can’t give them anything I’ve worked on because of client’s proprietary data and NDAs. Has anyone run into this problem before? Did you end up making a dashboard with public data solely for industry interviews?

Did anyone exit from consulting to sales positions at Google or Microsoft? I am looking to pivot into sales and having a bit of a hard time getting interviews. Any tips or if anyone is willing to private message it would be appreciated. I have 3 YOE and 2 are in consulting if that’s helpful. Thanks!

Question--a recruiter reached out via LinkedIn for a strategy position at a creative brand studio in NY. They want to see work samples but all of the strategy work I have are under strict NDAs and I honestly think any future work I produce will likely be the same. I suggested that I could create speculative work based on mock scenarios/clients but I'm not sure that landed with them. How do I go about showing my work and thinking with these kind of restrictions?
