Hi All,
After ED round of interview I got a mail from HR asking to submit few documents. In the mail HR has mentioned that I'm one of the shortlisted candidate and final selection is yet to be made. So how are my chances of getting an offer.
Is it something common that happens in JPMC.

I would refi both your properties, but I’m not a financial advisor.
D1. The break even for a refi in today’s low interest rate environment is < 6 months. You should look at doing a refi if you are planning to live there for 5 years.
Federal Student loans 0% for now (~5.5% when non-Covid times). No other loans currently and will have my student loans done by March (though I might hold off on paying them if student loan forgiveness looks like a possibility at my income level ...unlikely but a guy can hope)
Mortgage 2.625% CCM
Car 0% Chase
That's it.
It was a manufacturer deal which Chase services. Yes, there's a lot of 0% loans on new vehicles.
Mortgage 2.75 and student loans 2.3 (refinanced over last summer)
No no use ME 🙌
Mortgage: 2.65% (I was able to refi at minimal cost)
Car: 3.5 (capital one)
Student loan paid off 2 years ago.
Anyone used splash financial for student loan? They are offering 2.63%. I do not think we will qualify for student loan forgiveness. I hope so. What is the use of a MBA degree, if we can not manage our own finances. We will make our schools look really bad.
OP you should definitely look into refinancing your mortgage. I went from 3.375 to 2.75 with PenFed. Break even is < 6 months. DM me if you would like a referral
