What is the internal mobility process at Accenture? How much time we have to wait after joining to move to different team?

Anyone have any insight as to getting an interview at SalesForce? I had submitted my resume and gotten no response. Then, twice, I had friends submit my resume as a referral. Still no response. I am just wondering how HR works at Salesforce.

Hello everyone! I find it interesting to join here and say hello to all engineers working with sales. I'm a petroleum engineer who has mainly worked in the field, only a bit of BD but never into sales until couple months ago, when I got the opportunity to join a startup. I'd like to engage in networking conversations to get to know how engineers perform in sales!

I've applied and networked for my dream job and didn't get an interview this time. Also dissatisfied with compensation and some of the responsibilities at my current job but have a lot of opportunity to learn. So the question is do I stay where I'm not thrilled to be now because it's good experience to set me up for the dream job next time there's an opening, or do I leave now to an option that's better pay and more interesting but farther off the path towards my long term goal?

I see a lot of posts about only changing jobs if there's a big raise. I jumped out of consulting into a job that pays the same amount, but has way better WLB, culture, and other benefits. I was just not happy at my old job and I don't regret the switch. If you're not happy, it's ok to move without the change being all about a huge salary jump.
