I heard that, their is hire and fire policy in Synechron, can anyone tell me the reason they fire the employees?

What do you do about missing work? I have so many students that miss days or just don’t complete work in class and are given the work to make up, but it never gets turned in. I spent so many days tracking down so many students hounding them for their missing work. Do I keep hounding them or make them be responsible 8th graders and give them zeros until they learn. I only grade 1 per week IF that. There’s usually only 2 handouts a week. The rest of the days are activities or other hands on things

I was recently offered a Zoom interview. The school had 10 interview slots for me to choose from. Three were one day this week and the rest are next week. I chose the first time slot available. Should I have waited until one of the last slots so I was fresher on their mind when choosing a candidate? I am just sitting here stressing out until I here something. For someone who has experience in Development
