Hi, I have an interview at BCG DV next week for the “Venture architect” role.
Any insight on the role (beyond the job description on the website)?
Also, does the interviewing process include case interview questions like in “regular” BCG strategy consulting interviews? Thanks in advance! BCG Digital Ventures

Novartis is well known that if they liked a candidate, they will not let him go off due to CTC.
Min. 50% easily.
Agree with N3....depends if the candidate fits in pay range...ceiling exists ;)
What is your total YOE and CCTC? In ideal case they offer 40%. However, as shared by ZS1, if they like candidate then they might offer you a little more. Deal breaker could be the equal pay initiative that Novartis has pledged. But that will only impact you if fall at higher side of pay brackets. These brackets are being finalised and happen to come in force starting 2023 (timeline is based on the pledge they took couple of years back). This means currently there is no upper limit as such.
For SA
Min is 12 LPA
Max is 16 LPA
I think this is the range but not 100 percent sure
14 to 16 lpa
12-19.5 max depends on your negotiations and past salary. There is a huge disparity at levels but as long as you are talented and negotiate well, Novartis would not let you go. You can easily target 50-60% hike
19.5
Omg
I think it is around 18LPa
Wow this post is getting intresting...so 19.5 max based on the offer letters that I have seen and 21to few recent SAs based on what I have heard through new colleagues. People quoting 16 is definately an incorrect estimation. 18 should still be close to the actual and would not make much difference w.r.t 19.5
Total CTC including PF gratuity etc.
