I have got one offer from Infosys of 10.5 + 1(joining bonus) and they have mentioned work from home for next 12 months in my offer letter.
I Still do not believe them and want to get a permanent work from home option with a better pay. Any recommendations ?

My last working day in FIS Global was in April month. I got full and final settlement from FIS this month and they have not given quarterly performance bonus for the quarter jan 22 to mar 22 for which I worked and was billable too.
When I mailed them to enquire, they are saying that, As per Policy employee should be in system to get the QIP.
As I am not a part of FIS now, I cannot validate this policy.
Can someone have idea on this whether they are saying correctly.?
