HR told me numbers on call but never sent estiamtes (been 1 week)
When I followed up she said she is taking approvals.

She is taking approvals on the salary I didn't agree to.
I messaged her to know structure but no revert.

Has anyone ever asked to renegotiate their salary after starting a job? I’m 2 months into my new job and I have far more responsibilities than what I was told. It’s a lot different than what was relayed in the posting and during the interviews. Additionally, they hired my counter part in as a senior manager which is at least $30k more than what I make. My peer has more experience so I expect that but I feel that I should be paid more, however I don’t want to leave a bad impression… any advice?

Hi everyone. I got job offers at both GSK and Astrazeneca in the UK. Both are senior scientist positions. The one at GSK is on method development of biologics and the one in AZ is on formulation development of biologics. The base salary+bonus of AZ is about 15% higher than GSK.

I am already serving notice period with one offer but billennium team is delaying my final interview to next 30 days.
It fits my expectations, should I keep giving interviews or wait
As max I would get 1 or 2 lakhs more.

Recently, I joined a service based company with 26 CTC + buyout amount on 12th oct. I am about to receive my first salary. But yesterday I received an offer from a good product based company with 27 lpa. I told the product based company that I'm an immediate joiner. But now if I leave the current organisation without a 30 day notice period they will hold the salary + buyout amount. So it means 2 months salary loss. What should I do ? Absconding or salary loss?

I am having 8 YOE earning 16 LPA, tech: Salesforce. I have 2 offers:

Location: Pune
Offer: 24.3 fix (including gratuity)
Designation: senior package consultant (7B)

2. Accenture
Location: Jaipur (3 hours from my hometown)
Offer: 28.3 (22.3 fix + 6L variable)
Designation: Application dev TL (level 9)

Which one I should choose and why? Thanks
