EY have offered designation AM, level 64 and CTC of 12.5 fixed and 10% variable YOE - 9 yrs.

12.5 is too less with this much experience. Ask them what is full form of this AM . You should ask for Associate Manager (AM2) and atleast 15 lpa for sure

Thanks for your reply EY has offered me Assistant Manager position I have MBA degree (distance learning) do you think they provide hike considering YOE or the last package, actually my initial salary was very low, I had requested the recruiter but he told this the max they could offer.

If you are already getting 35-40% hike they might not be able to give more . But you can try to get offer else where and try to re negotiate
