Trying to determine if transitioning from my current role as a Manger, Strategy for a ~100 person Fintech working directly with the C-Suite to a Senior Product Manager at Amazon would be a lateral, upward, or downward move. On one hand my comp would go up and I’d be in a bigger org with defined growth, on the other, I would lose the exposure to executives and influence over our corporate strategy.
