What is the most marketable/in demand salesforce certification to get right now? (Or maybe a choice between CPQ and FSL, assuming you have the pre-reqs)

So here's where I'm at....I have a job that's VERY stable but a manager that well, manages poorly. The manager is there for the foreseeable future, there is no room for promotion or a possible shift change for another 2-4 years. Opportunity is seemingly presenting itself elsewhere, but I'm worried about the stability of the new place.
