$350k HHI, no debt/loans/no near term plans for kids, would be first time home owners. New job 5 mos ago. Our rent is pretty good ($2,250) but we’re eyeing some pricey houses (1m-1.2m) in a HCOL area. We can put down up to $325k, more if we wait until next year…Whaddayathink? Would you wait? Aim a little lower on house price? Put more/less down?
I would say its anywhere from $30-$60K a yr but again it depends on where you live
The highest pay I've seen for this position is 85k
Then I’m definitely under paid I’m making 28.50 in Florida. I’m qualify in making crowns, veneers bridges and implant restorations using cerec.
Where did you see that, M1? When I looked at Glassdoor, it said the average is $40k and the higher end is $55k. So honestly, it seems like you're doing pretty well! But maybe I'm not looking in the right place...
Yeah. Always depends on where you live!
