What is the nature of a case interview? Are you sitting down at a table with the interviewer walking them through your approach?

It all depends on the firm and interviewer. When I went through MBA recruiting, I had traditional case interviews (sit and walk through), written cases, oral case presentations, a group interview, and some MDs who fly off the cuff and do their own thing. My advice is to prep for traditional interviews since those will help you build core problem solving skills (e.g. linear thinking, framing problems, being mece, hypothesis driven, etc.). Once you nail traditional cases you’ll be able to easily transition to anything a partner throws at you. Good luck!

PowerPoint gurus - I’m helping a client find short term help for an important presentation. Please DM me if you are good at storytelling and slide design. You will be compensated for this work. This will be a 3-4 day part-time engagement. I’m at a small tech focused firm, and don’t have in-house designers as yet. Plus I don’t want to spend hours building slides. Nothing illegal or fishy here. Thanks!
