I’ve worked as a Histocompatibility technologist at a large company for 10 years. I am lead tech now and I know that I am underpaid and have been informed that no matter what extra degrees or certifications I obtain would end in a raise. I am an ASCP certified med tech and ACHI certified Histocompatibility specialist with a bachelors in clinical laboratory science. I’m tired of being undervalued. What’s out there for people with clinical lab background? Im willing to go back to school. Thanks!

I received an email today from recruiter asking for a phone interview which I’m so happy to hear from but I applied about a month ago. I moved on and applied internally for a different role as a transfer. This new role is a promotion and my start date is next week. I immediately responded back to the recruiter and agreed to the phone interview for tomorrow 5/4…. Do I mention any of the above to them? Do I tell them I just accepted a new role and different position? Please advise

Is it acceptable that my recent promotion raise was actually less $ than my last one 3 years ago. I just don’t see how my company can keep good talent by offering incrementally less.

I am currently working at Accenture as Application development senior analyst with the CTC of 8LPA (3.5+years exp). I love my job here , all my leads are supportive and I can say I am way too much comfortable here. When I reach 5 years, definitely I will get TL promo here.
Now I have another offer in TCS with 11.5 LPA with same role(Senior Analyst).
Should I consider joining TCS for the package , or should I wait in Accenture for 1 year to get team lead promotion?

My EOY review is coming up. Here I plan to lobby for a promotion/raise (been at company for 1.5 yrs). Some backstory: During my hiring process I was told by my now boss and VP they were also going to hire a senior engineer to help me along. They never hired such senior engineer because I have over performed and do more than they thought I could (have been told this in 2 performance reviews). Thus, is it fair to ask for a raise and promotion to Senior engineer?

I work for a highly technical, small, precision measuring instruments manufacturing company (25 employees -10M revenue). I manage 8 distributors globally and handle all inbound inquiries/leads outside of Europe and Asia and do all of the engineer qual.

Today i got a call from TCS HR, after documents submission. They told we they can provide me 12 lakhs as its their budget for ITA role. My current package is 11 LPA with 10% variable. Also they told for 6.7 years of experience they provide ITA role as i have bachelor's degree. I asked for 18 initially, HR said, will call back in evening.

Please advice will they be ready for 16 atleast.

My colleague in TCS have deleted production files to get early release, I am also thinking to do the same. What's your thoughts?
