Hi sharks, What is the process of onboarding in Oracle? I got to know my BGC is clear and they have finalized the start date. I got an excel sheet to fill information like PF, Health insurance and other relevant information for smooth onboarding. I haven't received anything after that. Deloitte GPS Business Analyst vs Mercer Health Consulting Analyst?
Deloitte's offer is 7K more and in a cheaper area. Equal interest in both jobs, slight preference for Mercer for people + culture. Leaning towards Mercer because I graduate in Dec and can start in Jan vs having to wait until next summer for Deloitte + location (although higher COL)

How do I launch an insurance agency?
Context: I just started a sales role 3 months ago State Farm. It’s my first time ever doing sales. Huge success so far, (nothing extravagant yet), but it’s only been 3 months. I’m currently selling 50+ policies a month.
I know sales isn’t everything it takes to start an Agency. Where should I try to pursue growth before starting an agency?
Follow Up Question: Is my boss hyping me up or is 50+ policies a month pretty good?
Hello, everyone! I am new to fishbowl, the Healthcare field, and fairly new to my company. One of my primary goals, besides finding the highest quality talent to join our team, is to expand my network. If anyone here is willing to send me a LinkedIn connect request I would be very appreciative! It will be a mutual benefit, I assure you.

Makes sense. Yeah dental insurance doesn’t help much after the general cleanings every 6mo. Hopefully it’s less than <$100 for ya!
I’ve never paid more than like $100 for a white filling after insurance

My dentist is giving me estimates that range from ~$70-110 albeit the more expensive out of pocket charges are because of multiple surfaces per tooth need filling. I definitely need them but wasn’t expecting to be paying roughly equal (~40%) of the total bill
