Recruiters, Job Boards, Employed full time. OH MY! I’ve taken so many cold calls, linked in messages, and emails that my wife and I nearly decided that I should stop searching for a job and start a screening service for candidates.

Seriously, I was exhausted one day after doing my normal job all day (Csharp dev), interviewing in Kotlin and Swift all day (want to get back into mobile). So when my phone rang at 530pm for the 40th time that day, she took the call. It was fantastic!

My three year old is losing his fingernails and toenails!! Two fingernails and one toenail (so far) lifting up from the cuticle base and falling off from the root.

The pediatrician said it could be from the HFAM that he had a month ago. Any other mamas experienced this before? If so, did your kids nails grow back? Is there anything that I can do to help this?

Hi all. Recently went through the interview process at Google for an L5 non tech strategy role. Made it to final on-site interviews, but just got the email from the recruiter saying they’re passing due to “other candidates that were a stronger match”. I don't understand what kind of experimental calculations are done for hikes this time, pathetic leadership and HR partners.

For everyone asking how much hike can we expect at this rating(vc/hc/ec), please understand the below points:
1. Rating is only applicable on variable pay
2. Hike % is independent of the rating
3. Hike depends on a lot of factors like your current salary, how is it comparable to the market or the level you are in, do you have a progression/promotion, etc
