Personal Observation: bulking is considerably harder than cutting

I have been researching coaching programs and really want to do it but can’t decide if I should go with a 3k program or a typical 10k program that are recommended by man like Ipec or co active. The 3k is also nice in that it’s a 4 day intensive / full days to get you the hours for ICF ACC certification. It’s with the academy of creative coaching- I haven’t heard a ton about them but the only one I can find to get your all the requirements for under $4k. Any thoughts on those options? Or Academy?

Since, I have joined here(2 months back), almost all Managers and SM have come to me, introduced themselves and usually say hello hi on the floor and want to be nice and in touch. And there are 2-3 other Male members in my team, they are here since 2-3 years. And hardly anyone talk to them, know them or greet them, although they are senior to me and very knowledgeable.
