Offered Package - 11.6 LPA and 1L joining bonus
Current CTC - 9.6 LPA

I feel like the offered package is too low. When the mentioned the same to the HR, he said this the maximum they can offer for the role.

Kindly suggest how much I can ask to the HR for the mentioned skills and experience.

Are companies starting to require hybrid schedules? I'm waiting to hear from a potential remote opportunity that's located in another state and I'm not looking to relocate at all. A friend shared that they were offered a position for a role that was suppose to be remote however when the offer was extended, the company asked informed that the position had changed to hybrid. To those who are thinking of resigning without an offer, I seriously advise you not to do so. I resigned in July due to a hectic (you can call it toxic) work culture and was confident enough to get another offer. But nothing materialized, no calls, savings money almost depleted with the EMIs, hard lesson learned!

Please try to resign only if you have an offer in hand or you're financially sound enough to survive without a job for at least a year! Cheers!

Current Package : 16 LPA all fixed
YOE : 7.2 years, Tech Stack .NET Fullstack with Angular and Azure .

Should I counter for more? I still have 90 days of notice left.
