Hi fishes! Nagarro declined the counter offer letter ₹33,00,000 + shares worth 4.5LPA
I've 6+ yrs experience (mobile dev.)
Nagarro offered 18LPA. Initially I told HR for 22 but he mentioned 18 into their internal portal to their senior so after clearing all interview rounds I got 18.
When I asked the HR, he told me to accept it for now and bring the counter offer letter so they can revise offer letter.
But now they declined. Weird.

Maybe you weren’t top talent
OP: i guess different people have different experiences... not yanking anyone’s chain, I love it here and wish I would have joined Deloitte 10 years ago! It’s extremely collaborative but that goes both ways... if you have a skill that is helpful then other PPMD’s here are more than willing to pull you in to pursuits and share credit! I guess it comes down to personality and culture match!
I actually find it quite collaborative. A few years ago they changed how we tracked our metrics to allow us to work more like a team. For example, in the past, you couldn’t have more than one partner on lead sales now you can have up to three. I worked at Accenture as well and found it much less collaborative.
It’s awesome! Reminds of of the culture at Andersen Consulting before it became Accenture!
Very collaborative, great people. Agreed with P1 and D1, people pull you in and generally work as a team and happy to share and collaborate. We pay top talent well so top talent is happy. Firm doing great as well so a good environment.
Thanks D1, I keep hearing about it being very cut throat and aggressive. How collaborative is the culture?
It’s extremely cutthroat which is why I left. 5-6 partner/MDs on pursuits many not making their numbers
D1 is yanking your chain
Okay partners, if it’s so god damn awesome- why does it not boil down to other levels? I had a horrible experience with Deloitte
