But ZS is very happy with my work. They don't want me to go. My ZS manager has asked the persis manager to retain me OR remove the cooling period clause, ZS is ready to hire me as a permanent employee. I will be very happy is ZS takes me as Permanent employee. But will persistent remove cooling period clause? Persistent Systems Limited ZS

Have you checked Glassdoor?
It depends on the level of the product manager. At my company they align with eng levels so I assume 80k-180k for levels 1-5 who I know are people running a product. But I don’t know if product has IC all the way up the scale after those levels or if you have to switch to management.
I doubt the size of the product affects pay unless the company has a commission aspect which I’ve only seen at one company. More complicated products likely just have higher level pms on them.
Check out levels.fyi
It will vary greatly by the years of experience, industry, location, etc etc.
You can view this pinned thread, where you can see the variance can be from $70k-$330k: https://joinfishbowl.com/post_nspjka932n
If you are interested in the PM salary range at your own company (or other companies), I think Glassdoor can provide a general sense of range. PwC is an average of $114k:

Glassdoor is a pretty reliable resource, as is levels.fyi. You need to very much find out what your local area would be, as it could change drastically, as well as the level of the company.
Hi there! It can range from $65k to $150k and up. I would say if you're just starting out, and if you're earlier in your career, you'll be very close to the 65 mark. Also depends on what city!
