I keep hearing about paralegal salaries in the $80K or above range, but don’t ever see any actual job openings that list salary ranges that high. Are there recruiters out there who can connect me with some opportunities that could pay me what I’m worth?

Real question: how does a hospital system using a leading EHR not know where in the facility a patient is? Father brought in via ambulance at 215pm.....and when my mother called a few hours later for an update on his status they had no idea where he was. She played “transfer me to Dept X bingo” (ED, med/surg, OR, PACU), til she found a nurse who knew where he was. How does this happen?
