For those of you with high functioning triads, what makes your engineering lead standout? I am in a product team where the engineering lead was a good developer who was promoted into role when the previous lead left. They are a good IC, but have trouble staying out of the weeds and I don't feel like the engineers have enough thought leadership. My position in sales, growing existing accounts with my company, is being eliminated in October. I either take a bit of a pay cut to do something really similar but more stable on the service side, or move to new business (which is not attractive to me), or I find something new. I got an offer in UBS pune with 20 lakh fixed CTC for AO role, plus 80k shift allowances + 2.5 lakh relocation.
Also have an offer from Capgemini Pune for Manager role 26.75 lakhs ( 24.2 lakh fixed + 2.5 variable).
YOE - 13 years. This is my first switch.
