How to dodge some work?
I’m chronically burned out (like everyone else on here). Went from traveling every week out of state for a couple projects for over a year to getting on a couple projects that were busy all year around that last year i billed 100 more than a staff is required while i was a senior 3. HCL 29LPA ( 4L VP)

I am not sure how safe to prefer HCL at this time as I am having 12 plus of Exp in full stack development
