I recently got offer letter from kyndryl. my YoE is 11.5 Years and skill set is that of DevOps (Python, Ansible, AWS, rDBMS, shell etc). Kyndryl offered the band 7a with salary 21lpa. Am I underpaid? Should I have asked for more?

After trying to find an in-house job since July, I finally have an offer at a company that I really like. Total comp is around $20-25k off from where I want to be. Equity comp may be the only way to bridge the gap but they said they don’t normally include equity comp at the corporate counsel level, which is odd. I have found that most companies do. Has anyone received equity comp in negotiations where it wasn’t originally on the table?

Am I being paid competitively? I have been the Onboarding Sup for my HR dept for over a year now and I’m being paid the state min for salary, which for CA is 62,400. I have not gotten a merit raise since the last 2 January’s, the state raises the threshold for salary folks. My company says that was my raise. Is this right? I have a 5.3y work ex with ACN, as a FSCM consultant (L10 currently, was assured of a L9 effective March, but declined due to growing poor culture within ACN).
Got an offer from PwC India
Current TC: 9.5 LPA.
PwC Offered TC: 19 LPA.
IBM Offered Fixed: 17 LPA
IBM would be a smooth drive, but skeptical to join PwC given the WLB issues, as a lot of folks say.
