Work on a contract that includes a retainer. ONE JOB CODE!!! 🤯🤯
I don't know if it's the quickest, but the best way to do them is to win a bunch of Cannes Lions, get promoted and then let your assistant fill them out based on your calendar.
I always have my timesheet open and try to log my time every 30-60 minutes, like when I wrap up a meeting or come to a good pausing point in a project. It’s quick and easy and when my day is done, my timesheet is already done.
If I don’t do this, I have a really hard time estimating how much time I spent on the multiple projects I touch by the end of the day. I have a terrible perception of time lol.
Copy and paste from the week before
It’s easier when you don’t and then get hounded to turn in several weeks of time every now and then

I use a free account on Toggl Track, copy and paste the job code and title from my hot sheet or the Ziflow notification, and let it run like a taxi meter. At the end of the week it takes me about 20 minutes to copy-paste those codes and daily time counts into the actual timesheet app online

at the end of each day, write down hours by project - Evernote, a word doc, stickies on your computer, actual post it notes. repeat for the week. at the end of the week, fill out your timesheet.
Save commonly used codes as a template, fill out meetings first at start of day and then at end fill in with the “work” itself.

Every Monday morning I check my resourcing and make a handwritten chart that I then fill in throughout the week 😅 prime Type A behavior
