What is the raise for a Staff 2 to Senior 1 in NYC Risk Advisory? - Rated a high 4

Everyone at EY complaining about market adjustments… I don’t know about you but I got a 24% raise last summer (to be fair didn’t go into effect until October)… I don’t know how much more they could/should adjust in a given year.

Basically, wondering what the chances are that other firms are playing catch up to us??

My spouse and I are 27 and with my latest PwC raise will be making 200k base combined. Feeling great about where we are on the road to early retirement!
