Hi Fishes, Im currently working as a data engineer for a multi national telecommunication company. I got an offer to work with Capco for a leading UK bank.
Current ctc: 18LPA + expecting a end of year hike of minimum 8%
Offered ctc: 25LPA
I would like to know if the switch would be worth in terms of stability, WLB, growth.

I spent 8 years at the same company, left in 2020 and am looking for job number 3 since then. I’ve grown my salary and experience significantly. I’ve received excellent feedback, recognition, and appreciation in both companies. But still, I quickly reached a point where I felt like this isn’t the place for me.
