Probably like $75k b/c both the industry experience and non-MBA degree don't count too much. Age is irrelevant
What is your salary? That’s the right salary level.
Big 4 doesn't really care about non-MBA masters, they will pay you 0 dollars more if you have one
Seems really low. I’d say 100k
Consulting, Data Science.
75 sounds a bit low...? Depends on service line though. At S&O I would guess 85?
$100K
My situation is similar to yours (except that I turn 27 in a month and I’m half way thru my non mba grad program while working full time). I’m in commercial and making 85 base plus 20% bonus (boutique strategy firm). Year end raise on base will be 10% on low end and 20% on high end.
Pretty sure C level for commercial at Deloitte ranges from 80-110. So you're at the high end for a C level @OP -.-
We care about applicable masters for tech.
🍿
@M1 75k? Really? I guess I am happy then.
@Op give us more info on service line, consulting or advisory, etc
@sc1 what firm?
My batch from masters (non Mba but from a target school) started at 105k a few years ago
@D2 what group?
@OP federal? Commercial consultant level salary range is like 80-110k
@D2 thanks, I am in commercial at 105k as a consultant...I guess it is ok? MBAs come in at SC only right?
Any of you think tech consulting care about technical masters?
@Op you are at high end, be happy
