Got an interview with Amazon within their Advertising department. I hear working for Amazon can be great if you get into the right department. Anyone have insights to their advertising department? Good or bad? Also, would love some interview tips if you have them! (It’s for an Executive Assistant position) thank you!

Basically agency workhorse, 1) doing CD work without the title or pay (because we basically don't have CDs anymore) that oversee (and do some work on) non-campaign work that the ECD doesn't care about because it's not going to win awards and 2) doing all the work on campaigns (and if they're lucky, overseeing a more junior team on some of the smaller campaign executions so they can maybe have a "nice" 14 hour day).

Changes from team to team sometimes your an art director sometimes your a creative director
Their role includes:
-Taking over the mid level team's jobs thus reducing them to interns.
-Coming up with ideas that are just partnerships
🙄
Should be just like a CD, but focused on only one, maybe two projects.
Don't worry, I am. Hustle and flow all day long.
Senior creative. No difference whatsoever.
