What is the salary and commission like at HPE for sales?

Partnership deal - is this a good deal?
I’m working on building a start-up. This requires an app and a website. A friend of mine has a web development company who can do the job for me very well and efficiently. He really likes my project and offered a partnership: i pay him $30k and he gets 20% equity.
He also gave me the option to be ‘treated as a client’ and deliver my project at a normal rate (about $80K), should I not want to partner.

Recently moved into Tech Sales. Frustrated with my Salary (32K base/year, negligible bonus potential of a few K). Was making ~3K/week on average in my previous role which was commission only, no base. Feel like I am completely wasting my time and potential. Saw the cut as necessary evil initially in order to move into tech sales and make multi six figure commissions later on with potential to reach 7 figures in total comp. At least my current role is with enterprise accounts which. Thought?

Hi guys, Its been almost 2 months since my interview happened. I got an email asking me to upload the docs just 2 days after the interview date. The documents are uploaded and also verified on the ibegin portal on 22nd Feb. The HR called later on 11th March for the basic discussion on the salary and since then it shows "evaluation in process", but nothing after that. The HR as usual didnt pick my call.

My husband and I were set to start trying when I ovulate in a couple weeks. I didn’t get my period and a few days late (and I haven’t been late in months). I have PCOS so once I got my period back it has been consistent. So I took a test and is positive. I called my doctor, went in for a blood test and said was negative. I don’t understand what is going on. I don’t see how not pregnant, unless my pcos is flaring up again so either way just upset :/

Had a recent job offer from Amazon TC 146 K sign on bonus 42K RSU 508 for a L6 Sr. Program manager based out of Nashville. This is barely more than the amount I make now(actually base is lower than what I make). I’m planning to ask for about 18% more, is that a high number? Does anyone have an idea how much Amazon negotiates? This is for a non tech role so I’m not sure of the exact salary range.

In my last review I asked for 135k trying to highball but they gave me 117k, up from 105k. Do y’all think I was expecting too much, or is it time to peace out?

How often are people receiving raises? I got snubbed at my last review, when I’d been told to expect a raise, and was told HR would be evaluating everyone at the end of the year.

An employer said they will extend an offer in next couple days and they will give me the best offer they can so that there is no more back and forth. Should i still negotiate if the offer is not as expected? Should I accept it if It is what I am looking for? Or should I still see if there is any room for negotiation? How do RSUs in a PE owned firm work? I’m in early stage interview with such a firm and RSUs are part of the comp. I assume I would need the PE firm to sell or IPO the company in order to realise value from the RSUs. Is that right?

Offer help - yesterday I’ve received an offer from DataDog for Services Architect 3 role on their expert services team (ProServe) - pre sale solution and engagement.

Offer was as follows Base: 155k RSU: 22.5k (90k total over 4 years, 1 year cliff).

I currently make 170k base + ISO (private company so kinda hard to evaluate). I’m 4.5 YOE

I said it needs to be more in 210-220 range in order to switch. She’s going to talk to the manager on Monday and get back to me.
