What is the salary at Noida location for SDE 2 (around 4.5 YOE)?

Just found out my salary is $3k p.a. below median for my firm’s class year (but way above base).

I don’t really know how to react to that. On the one hand, thankfully $3kpa post tax isn’t going to make any difference to my life but I feel aggrieved that I am below par.

I feel like it’s very unstructured and one of the managers micromanages. It’s like every man for himself. Take home pay is $50k. I am working on my bachelors deg. Do I get paid enough?

I have been offered a position in-house at a $500M-$1B company, mid-sized city LCOL, 10 YOE in private practice. They offered me $120k, w opp for undefined discretionary bonus. No paid parental leave or 401(k) match & only 1 week PTO in first year (but claim they have discretion for more). Is there any way to salvage this?
