Looking for feedback for a Project Management Platform for SMBs, freelancers and Founders
Hi! A friend recently launched a Project Management software called Heycollab - I think it’s pretty cool and like the UI but I’d love to get more feedback - they’re very passionate about the product and would appreciate the help!

So the range is 77-116. You're getting hired on the low end which is normal for most companies.
Unless you are unemployed, you can insist on the $85, ask for more than 85, or politely decline the offer if they won't pay what you want.
Unless you are bringing a lot of work experience, the low end of the range is what you should expect for most jobs.
BTW recruiters HATE when you turn a job down over money so be prepared to hear all kinds of nonsense about why it's career suicide for you to deny them this comission.
I've never had a recruiter land me a job. I've got every job on my own, so don't listen to their nonsense and threats.
Apply and find out? Or ask the people you work with there if there are any full time positions open. I know someone at a diff company that was a contractor that became full time
Ask for 110 and meet in the middle - negotiate
If your are contractor, you can ask for way more than full time salary
