What will be the in-hand salary at Birlasoft for 11.5 LPA ??

I have 15+ years of US and international healthcare YOE (clinical ops, mgmt, prod imp, apms), 10+ of which have been in non-trad consulting roles. I don’t have a masters but am applying now. I’ve been contracting on a number of fed projects for BAH with VA, HHS, etc for 5 years as SME/imp spec.
I’ve was offered a fed healthcare ops specialist role at boozallen at associate level $140K. I was originally told that the role was a lead. Growth and title are imp. to me. Is this salary low?

Question about salary…I’ve been with the same account for 23 years that changed hands a multitude of times but has served the same customer for all of it. I started as a desktop publisher but my position grew into graphic design. I’m the sole designer at my account, and I also do the job of a production artist. I have no backup. I make $54,000 a year and work in Madison, WI. I do the work of at least two designers. I love my job, but am I being underpaid?

Do you know how burned out you are exactly?

According to psychologists Herbert Freudenberger (who invented the term "Burnout") and Gail North, there are 12 stages.

Burnout has a wide range, from "I can't wait for the day to be over" to having a complete mental or physical collapse.

Make sure you pay attention to your symptoms and not lose track of who you are and where you need to be mentally, physically, and emotionally.

I would like to hear from any UX Program Managers who are willing to share their experience.

How difficult is it to juggle a remote role with a hybrid role?

My current role is hybrid with at least two days a week in office. However, with the potential economic downturn, I'm considering holding on to the role to supplement my income.

I'm new to the overemployed movement, so I'm evaluating the feasibility of holding onto the hybrid role and the remote position.

Maybe this is the socialist in me but shouldn’t Moderna and Pfizer waive their patent exclusivity for their Covid vaccines? Don’t we have a moral obligation for the world to vaccinate as many people as quickly as possible?

It blows my mind that many countries won’t be able to vaccinate most of their people until 2023. There should be access to vaccine generics
