What is the salary range for a Nurse Manager for an ASC? Living in NY state

2 years exp at Deloitte out of college focusing on analytics projects in Python/SQL. Being told by companies in NYC that 105k is too high of a salary. Do I have ridiculous expectations?

Have offers from The Economist and SITA as Tech BA / 8 YoE

Both offer almost same compensation.

I was offered a Senior PM role for a company based out in Austin. The salary is $130k base with 60,000 shares of equity. Is the salary a fair deal for a market like Austin? I would love some feedback.

I have mild dyslexia & no one knows. I’ve succeeded in grad school & work w/o having to disclose this to anyone. Things might take me a bit longer than others to do, but I still get it done by deadlines. My new team uses google docs w multiple peoples’ comments, cross outs & color edits. It’s very taxing for me visually, especially trying to reconcile the comments w the edits. Would it be unreasonable for me to ask them if we can “accept the suggestions” so it’s in a more finished state?
