Hello all. Looking for thoughts and opinions. I’ve been a sales manager with a small company (I refuse to say it is a start up anymore since they bring in several million in ARR). I’ve been with them for a year and a half. I started at 50k and now make 63k. I am a full-cycle sales manager…the company does not believe in the use of BDRs. There’s no opportunity for growth. Is my salary fair (per MA standards)? I was promised high OTE… but with no marketing team I also hardly get leads.

Hi all, currently I am working on PO contract, I do have 5+ years of experience working as Linux and VMwqre administrator, my current salary pacakage is 7LPA.
Wanted to confirm is that fair package with this much of experience in administration field.

My boss just gave their notice (3rd boss in 2 months) and told me to get a new job based on “mud within the executive level” of the organization (~5 years, 2 rebrands, etc). I’ve been there for 18 months. Looking at the recession expected to hit Canada in early 2023, I feel stuck; hiring is slow everywhere but jumping ship now means I’ll be the “last in the door” at most places. How would you navigate this? The decision will be made either way, but ideally I could move into something better.
