Taking a new role in industry after 2 years in public. It’s about a 70% increase from current salary and between 25-30% increase from expected salary after promotion to Senior (find out later today what my new figure would have been). It’s a remote position making solid money and interesting work/field. Just worried I’m leaving public too soon. Raises will be 2-4% in new role until promotion so I will catch up in public about 3-4 years from now. Thoughts?
What’s your salary, company name & Year of experience. And, what’s your tech stack. Just curious

Had a really weird interview with RSM recently that’s been bothering me. For my last interview, I spoke to the partner. Towards the end of the interview, he asked me my salary range. I gave him my range based on my conversations with the recruiter and my understanding of the role. He basically responded saying that the recruiter must have been looking at the high end of the range and asked me what my personal expectations were. Con’t…
Got an interview for an admission advisor position at CIEE. I have no clue what the salary can be, but they say their benefits offering increase the total compensation by 25%.
Has anyone worked at CIEE before either in a similar role or just knows of someone who works there? i want to know how much should I be asking for, given I have two years experience in the field and a master’s degree in higher education.
Is it okay to speak directly with the hiring manager (assuming you know them) about salary or should it all go through HR
Recruiter: what do you make now?
Me: what’s the range for this role?
R: I don’t have that
Me: target compensation for my next role is 150-175k
R: I can say for sure that’s not going to work......

Presented work today and was informed at the start of the call that account and strategy would be holding their feedback and instead would discuss amongst themselves and share it in a consolidated way after the call. On one hand it’s nice to get clear, consolidated feedback. On the other hand, felt like creative was iced out of the conversation and didn’t get a chance to defend our work or respond to the feedback...

Not wanting to cause a panic is not the same as playing down the danger of a global pandemic and calling it a “hoax.” It was previously verified and now confirmed by Trump himself: The 45th president of the United States is responsible for 190,000 dead American friends, family, and neighbors.
As an associate is it typical to be fully PM on a project just Associate & Director/Partner?
